3rd Indonesia Belarus Business and Trade Meeting 2020
THE BACKGROUND
1. Belarus is a relatively new market for Indonesia and vice versa. Trade between Indonesia and Belarus still have space to improve.
2. Due to COVID-19, the international trade drop significantly.
3. One of the reason is the restriction of people movement across border (lock down, or semi lock down).
4. The conventional offline trade show can’t be carried on for the time being, but the there is still demand for many products.
5. Using the digital technology, allow us to have a very effective and efficient promotion business trade meeting

THE MISSION
1. To promote trade, focusing in Agricultural and Food (Product and Technology) through digital Zoom Meeting
2. This event will organized by ITTIC, Embassy of Belarus in Jakarta , and Embassy of  Indonesia in Moscow (which covering Belarus), Directorate General America Europe (Ministry of Foreign Affair), National Center of Marketing (Belarus), and PT. Tender Indonesia
3. Supported by Indonesia Ministry of Fishery, Ministry of Trade, Ministry of Agriculture, and BKPM.
4. Objective of this meeting is to update information, and also business matching, and create trade opportunities

THE PRODUCT PRESENTATION
1. Indonesia will bring 3 spices producers, 2 fishery  companies, and 1 herbal producer
2. Belarus will bring 3 Agricultural Technology and 2 Dairy producers
3. Each presentation max 7 minutes, consist of brief company history, manufacturing plant product list, standardization, and list of export experience destination.

THE ATTENDEE
1. For some companies which also deals in producing Agricultural and Food (Product and Technology) and wish to join as attendance are allowed, but not doing the presentation.
2. ITTIC and National Center of Marketing, are responsible to bring business association which related as prospective buyers for those producers.
