Pertamina Trans Establishes Cooperation with Pelindo I

Project Owner : PT Pertamina Trans Kontinental (PTK) and PT Pelabuhan Indonesia 1 (Persero) Description : PT Pertamina Trans Kontinental (PTK) and PT Pelabuhan Indonesia 1 (Persero) (Pelindo 1) signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in Shipping and Port Business Services. This collaboration includes Vessel Charters, Guidance Services, Towing Services, Warehousing, Information Technology, Stockpiling Land, and other supporting activities in accordance with the competencies, permits and resources of each party. Currently all PT Pertamina (Persero) Marine businesses including all ports are managed by PTK, and this will certainly increase the potential for Cooperation and Synergy between PTK and Pelindo 1 Business opportunities can be developed in the Marine Service sector throughout Indonesia, such as in the Riau Islands, Batam Region, and the Malacca Strait Region which are great opportunities and potential to be achieved and developed by PTK together with Pelindo 1.
