| RI Harbor Road II Multi-storey Toll Project Completed in 2024 | |

Project Owner : PT Citra Marga Nusaphala Persada Tbk (CMNP) Description : PT Citra Marga Nusaphala Persada Tbk (CMNP) conducted the first drilling of the East (Harbour Road II) on Jl. RE. Martadinata, Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta. The construction of this multi-storey toll road project has begun on April 19, 2021. The construction of the Ir Wiyoto Wiyono MSc Section Harbor Road II Toll Road is planned to start from East Ancol to Pluit with a length of 9.6 kilometers (km). This toll road will be integrated with the Tanjung Priok Access (ATP) and Ir Sedyatmo Toll Road or Soekarno-Hatta Airport Toll Road. The construction concept of the HBR II Toll Road is an elevated toll road that aims to optimize land requirements. The toll road structure is planned to use the PC Box Girder which is a development structure from the conventional structure used on the HBR I (Tanjung Priok-Jembatan Tiga/Pluit) toll road. Hopefully the HBR II Toll Road can be completed in 2024. The construction of this toll road is part of a partnership between the private sector and the government in collaboration with PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. The total investment to build the HBR II Toll Road reaches around Rp 15.8 trillion for land acquisition and toll road construction costs. Currently the HBR II project is still in the preparation stage and the final technical plan detailing. The location of the lanes of the HBR II Toll road project is in accordance with the 2030 DKI Jakarta Regional Spatial Plan (RTRW) related to the Spatial Structure and Pattern Plan. The existence of the HBR II Toll Road is expected to increase the competitiveness of the Tanjung Priok Port in terms of sea logistics route efficiency.
